The Ferndale Community Utility Fund helps low-income City of Ferndale water customers pay their bill when money is tight. To qualify and apply, follow these steps:
- First, this program is ONLY available to Ferndale City Water/Sewer customers. Start by checking our income limits:

| Monthly Income Limit | $3,175 | $3,630 | $4,085 | $4,535 | $4,900 | $5,265 | $5,625 |
- Next, complete our online application. If you need help applying, please come into the Resource Center during open hours.
- Finally, email or drop off a copy of your most recent water bill AND copies of proof of income for all adults in the home. (Email these documents to fcufund@gmail.com.)
After you apply, a volunteer will be in touch to process your application. If approved, we will make a payment to the city on your behalf.
